How fast do they work?
The strip dissolves on your tongue in under a minute and absorbs quickly since it skips digestion — most people notice effects faster than a pill or capsule.
Can I take more than one a day?
Stick to the suggested use on each tin — usually one strip per day. Don't stack multiple strips or products without checking the combined ingredients first.
Is Ignite safe if I'm sensitive to caffeine?
Ignite contains 50mg of caffeine per strip (about half a cup of coffee) plus L-Theanine, which tends to smooth out the jitters some people get from caffeine alone. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with half a strip or try one of our non-caffeinated options instead.
